Bright, balanced and brimming with grapefruit on the nose, the 2009 Kim Crawford Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing delight from first sip to crisp finish. I find the balanced acidity and fresh fruit – mainly grapefruit and peach on the palate, absolutely tantalizing.
This particular Sauvignon Blanc is a great “go to” white wine that just screams, “Summer” and provides a perfect pairing for everything from fresh seafood to salads and thanks to the fresh green tones, its super tasty with goat cheese and hummus served alongside some roasted veggies.
